Sunset students prepare hands-on activities, trails, and facilities for an upcoming 5th grade field trip—click to see more.
Sunset High students and staff were busy preparing for an upcoming 5th-grade field trip, with teams working across campus on a variety of projects. Jess T led Team Kitchen, students practiced tractor operations while moving town site buildings back into place, wood shop and multimedia teams prepared materials and activities, and Team Trail planned outdoor experiences while removing invasive English ivy from the trail. Altogether, the group collected six large bags of ivy while getting everything ready to welcome visiting students.
